Yes, your ticket includes food, we are not sure what yet, but we are finalising this with catering.

You can bring your own drinks for the night. If you run out then you can always top up from the bottle bar that we will provide.

You are welcome to bring children, yours or anyone else’s so long as you have bought the necessary tickets.

This event is a cash only event. Please do make sure that you bring your wallet filled with cash.

The catering staff will do alternatives to the pork sandwiches. We do not know what this will be, yet, but you can email us on events@oshpa.org.uk if you need further information.

We aim to run 6 races throughout the evening - we aim to complete by 2130hrs if all goes to plan but this is likely to be flexible.

If you are driving, and your car is registered with the school you will be able to get through the main gate, as usual. The gates are automatic when exiting by vehicle.

If you are a pedestrian you will need the code for the gates. We will make these known nearer the time and when we have that information.
